I wanted to do another round of "100 Questions About Me" again but I couldn't find a list I liked... so I decided to compile one myself! While a few questions were written by me, most of them were taken from the internet, namely:
- Reddit post by u/Cool_Mistake_8129
- Reddit post by u/sushideception
- AVEN post by Jeena
- SpaceHey post by Venom Boy
- Tumblr post by lazyasks
- Tumblr post & another Tumblr post by questionslisting
I cherry picked the questions I found interesting and modified some of them. These questions are generally light-hearted and universally applicable. Many of them you can answer in-depth and do some deep introspection, but I also included a handful of silly ones to balance it out.
If you want to answer the questions yourself, you can find the code here.
- 0. Introduce yourself in two sentences.
- Hi, my name is Zemu and I'm a regular college student living in California :D I'm aroace agender and my two biggest interests are Vocaloid and spaceflight.
- 1. What is the most interesting talent or skill you possess? How and why did you learn it? (Bonus: What is a new skill you want to learn?)
- I consider my best talent to be art! In and of itself it's probably not that interesting, but I think the subjects of my drawings makes it interesting! I'm a big fan of gijinka/anthropomorphism and I make a lot of gijinka characters based on spacecraft. Drawing has been a hobby of mine as far back as I can remember. Other than some art classes I took when I was very young (during elementary school), I'm pretty much a self-taught artist. I started off by copying artworks from a "how to draw in anime style" book and manhuas I like XD. A new skill I want to learn is shorthand because I think it'll be useful and it looks cool. (I actually tried to do that once, just never got good at it.)
- 2. If you had the chance to go back in time and re-live a specific day without changing anything about it, which day would it be and why?
- Hmm probably the day of my high school graduation. A few days ago I was reorganizing my shelf and came across my high school yearbook again. Then I unfollowed/removed a bunch of followers from my personal Instagram account - mostly high school and middle school people that I was never close with or never talked to at all. All this is to say that high school has been on my mind lately, which is unusual because I don't really think about that period of my life unless it's brought up in conversation. Anyways, back to the question. I would choose my high school graduation because I'm feeling nostalgic for it. There were some awesome people whom even though I wasn't that familiar with (acquaintances at best), it'd be cool to see them again. I don't really keep in contact with my high school friends now, which is kind of on me, so it'd be nice to see them too. I almost cried at the end when I was saying goodbye to my favorite teachers — which I did not expect would be so emotional. Bittersweet day but in a good way. Carefree too.
- 3. What do you love to do in your free time?
- This one is a recent hobby of mine: taking public transit to go to places! I <3 public transportation. I can't drive yet, so I appreciate the autonomy that public transit has given me. I enjoy the train trips almost as much as my destination. It's an important part of the journey!
- 4. Who is a stranger you will never forget?
- One time I went to an arboretum (The Huntington I think?) and a staff saw me taking a photo of my fuwafuwa Miku plush. We chatted for a bit and they asked me why don't I take some photos of myself as well. To which I responded something along the lines of "I don't like the way I look on camera and I suck at selfies haha." The staff was really sweet and encouraged me to take more photos of myself. "You'll look good, I promise!", they said. Even though today I still don't like taking photos of myself in public, I'm trying to get better at it :] Often times I'll remember this interaction and be like "ok I'll be more confident in myself and I won't let you down arboretum staff!!"
- 5. What was your most expensive mistake?
- That time I accidentally poured water onto my laptop and killed it and had to buy a new one. RIP laptop I bought at Walmart, you deserved better.
- 6. What has been your happiest moment so far this year?
- I've had a lot of happy moments this year it's hard to pick the happiest. If I had to pick one... MikuExpo 2026, especially when CONNECT:COMMUNE came on. To tell you the truth, I wasn't the biggest fan of the song when it first came out. I really like FLAVOR FOLEY though. I guess I was just expecting the a concert song to be more... hype? Seeing the song performed live totally changed my opinion — it is now my favorite MikuExpo theme song of all time <3 I saw a photo of the stage for this song before the show, so I knew it was gonna look gorgeous. And damn, it is everything I could've hoped for and more. CONNECT:COMMUNE is genuinely such a beautiful song, and the stage design really brought Miku to life. In person, it looked like she's actually standing on stage, and it's even more so on video! I remember during this song I felt so content and just... happy!
- 7. What instruments do/did you play? What instrument would you want to learn?
- I had an ukelele class in elementary school but I didn't really learn it. I memorized how to play a couple of songs and that was kinda it. Never touched an ukelele again after that lol. I think it would be cool to learn to play electric guitar. I want to make Vocaloid song covers.
- 8. What was the longest time you've gone without sleep and why?
- The longest time I've stayed up is reading fanfics on AO3 until 6 am. Assuming I slept the night before at 12 am, that's about 30 hours without sleep. I can't even tell you what I was reading because I don't remember 💀 I've come close doing homework/studying for exams, staying up until 4 or 5 am, but nothing past 6 (yet).
- 9. Have you broken any bones? What happened?
- Luckily no. I hope it stays that way.
- 10. Did you ever have a paranormal experience?
- No, not that I can think of.
- 11. Did you ever have a dream that ended up coming true?
- Ehhh don't think so. I almost never have any good dreams. All the ones I remember are either nightmares or just super stressful, so I sure hope that nothing I dreamed of will come true lol.
- 12. What are your favorite and worst nicknames you've been called throughout the years?
- I went by "Zem" in real life in high school. I don't go by that anymore but I do look back on it somewhat fondly, so that's my favorite. The worst nickname is probably a pet name I was called by family members as a child. It's a repetition of one of the characters in my Chinese name; kinda a similar vibe to calling a cat "meow meow". I never really liked it. I don't like how feminine it sounds.
- 13. What is the most doable thing on your bucket list?
- Visit the full-stack Endeavour shuttle at the Samuel Oschin Air and Space Center.
- 14. What is one thing you feel like you could give a three-hour presentation on?
- Rockets. Can't say I know the technical details, but I could probably list out all the launch vehicles that have been built (especially modern ones) and their respective companies and agencies.
- 15. What is your biggest pet peeve?
- People mixing up your with you're and their with they're. I don't care if it's autocorrect messing it up. It annoys me so much when I see it online :/ I hate how sometimes it's misused intentionally to drive engagement.
- 16. Do you have any tattoos? If not, what type of tattoos do you want and where? If you don't want tattoos, why not?
- I don't have any tattoos but I do want to get one eventually! I want to get a Miku 01 tattoo, like the one she has on her arm, but also incorporate an art of her somehow into the design. I also want a tattoo of the Decepticon symbol — that is, if I'm still into Transformers 10 years from now. And maybe a small tattoo of the Orion spacecraft somewhere subtle like on my wrist.
- 17. What is one lie or joke that you believed to be true for a really long time? How did you find out it was a lie?
- It was a long-running joke from my father that he would sign me up to compete in The Voice of China when I turn ten (?) or some other specific age that I can't remember. As a naive child I truly believed he would do it and was genuinely terrified because I have no musical talent. I kinda just grew out of it and realized that there was no way he was ever serious about it lol.
- 18. Did you have a rebellious phase as a teenager?
- Nope. I was too busy being a good student 👍 I'm glad I didn't though. Would've been more trouble than it was worth.
- 19. Does your name have a special meaning?
- My real legal name, no. "Zemu" partially comes from 09 the numbers but I wouldn't say it has a special meaning either.
- 20. Who was your favorite teacher in school/university and why?
- My favorite teacher in university is a philosophy professor who taught moral psychology. While he might not be the best lecturer, I found the topic to be extremely interesting, and he was clearly a brilliant scholar in the field.
- 21. Have you ever been in a physical fight? If so, do you regret it?
- No, I've never been in a fight. I don't think I have it in me lol and I would definitely lose.
- 22. What is your way of recharging your social battery?
- Watch YouTube videos and slack off. And sleep.
- 23. Do you consider yourself an introvert, extrovert, or both?
- Both, but more of an introvert than an extrovert. I like hanging out with people, but I also enjoy being alone. I'm perfectly content going on solo trips; in fact, I prefer it sometimes. I can be sociable if I want, but I generally don't get the urge of wanting/needing to talk to someone, anyone, about whatever thought I have on my mind.
- 24. What is one thing in your personality that you're trying to improve?
- I'm trying to be better at showing that I am an affectionate and caring person ^^; For some reason I'm really bad at addressing people by name, and I worry that it makes me come across as rude sometimes. For example, instead of saying "Good morning [Name]", I tend to just say good morning without using their name. Instead of calling someone by their name to get their attention, I would rather tap them on the shoulder (if I know they're comfortable with me doing that) or look directly at them so that they know I'm talking to them instead of other people present. A part of it might be because I dislike my own name...
- 25. What is true about yourself today that would make your younger self proud?
- I think younger me would be happy that I'm taking good care of myself today! I spend time on my
hobbies, travel around, and hang out with people I care about. Even with the stress from university, I
would still say
that my well-being on average is better than it was five years ago. If we use the Hedonic
Treadmill model by Diener et al., my happiness
resting point has definitely increased.
What is the revised Hedonic Treadmill?
The Hedonic Treadmill, introduced by Brickman and Campbell, proposes that happiness levels are not determined by objective factors like satisfaction of needs, quality of life, or wealth. Instead, people have a fixed hedonic set point or happiness resting point, which they eventually return to after experiencing temporary euphoria or misery. Diener et al. proposes that the set points aren't neutral — they're positive and can change overtime.
- 26. How would you describe your fashion style? (Bonus: Describe a favorite outfit of yours.)
- I prefer formal wear, like dress pants and button-ups, but it's not something I wear everyday. I would say my fashion style leans towards preppy. One of my current favorite outfits is a button up with collar pins and a brown tie + straight-cut, brown denim pants + dark beige striped shawl.
- 27. Do you have any horror stories about a train/plane being delayed for a very long time?
- Two times I was on my way home on Metrolink, the train got delayed like 3 hours due to "train-person accident" ahead. Both times were very stressful because it was getting late at night but in hindsight there really wasn't any reason to stress about it. Worst case scenario my parent could come pick me up, so it's not like I'll get stranded at a station. Eventually the track was cleared and I got home safely.
- 28. What movie can you watch over and over again?
- Transformers: Rise of the Beasts. I have the entire movie downloaded in my phone lol it's my comfort movie to rewatch. Maybe Project Hail Mary too.
- 29. What is a small, seemingly insignificant decision you made that ended up having a surprisingly major impact on your life?
- Ooo much to think about... A fun one would be deciding to watch Transformers One because I've heard good things about it and getting really into Transformers because of it. It's definitely not occupying my brain space as much as it was a year ago which is a good thing IMO. Better to have multiple interests than be fixated on one thing.
- 30. Do you collect anything?
- Oh my gosh where do I even begin — I collect, so, so much stuff! Half of this website is
just my collection of various things lol. Let's see...
- Fandom merch. Lots of 'em. Acrylic charms, stickers, photocards, pins, buttons, prints... you name it.
- I have a giant ziploc bag of plastic sleeves (mostly from merch packaging) that I reuse.
- State Quarters! My collection is almost complete, all I'm missing are 2 more states and 4 territories.
- My lot of Transformers toys/figures is quickly draining my wallet.
- I also collect business cards of artists I've purchased stuff from but IDK what to do with them yet. Might end up getting a separate binder with photocard sleeves to display them.
- Keychain parts. I separate them into chains, clasps, and rings.
- Museum brochures. I really should stop taking/keeping them I have a stash that I don't know what to do with.
- 31. What is something you're terrible at but wish you could do well?
- Remembering people's names and faces. I'm somewhat face blind and it takes me a while to put someone's name and face together. When I watch a movie/TV show, sometimes when the same character wears different outfits it'll take me a while to recognize it's the same character.
- 32. What is something you're proud of but don't get to brag about much? (Now's your chance!)
- I wrote a research paper on Transformers: EarthSpark and it won an award!!
- 33. Is there something about you that people assume because of your appearance or demeanor?
- People probably assume I'm a cis girl (false) and Not Straight (true).
- 34. Did you have any bizarre or irrational fear as a child?
- I was scared that a snake would crawl up the toilet and bite me. I saw a sensational slop news video of that on Youku (Chinese video platform) and it was burned into my memory for way too long.
- 35. What is your ideal birthday? Not the date, but rather your ideal way to spend the day.
- I go somewhere fun by myself/with a friend (depending on how I feel), and in the evening I go out and eat either sushi, Korean BBQ, or shaokao with family. After that I go home and eat a cake.
- 36. What fact about yourself took you the longest to understand or accept?
- My gender or lack thereof. I started to think that there's "probably something queer about my gender" when I was 16, and it took me until now (I'm almost 20) to realize that I'm probably agender.
- 37. What is your favorite thing about the place you grew up in? If you currently live somewhere else, how do the two places compare?
- I grew up in a lot of places! I was born in Shanghai and lived in Guangzhou until 9 years old, and after that my family moved around in the U.S. a couple of times too. My favorite thing about Guangzhou is the shear amount of stuff you can do. It's a really big city with an amazing transit system. The city that I call my home town right now is also a big city, but I can only hope that our transit system will be as good as Guangzhou one day :>
- 38. What is one thing you wish everybody knew about you without you having to tell them?
- I'm an affectionate person and my gestures of affection (e.g., hugs) are platonic in nature.
- 39. What is something you wish you could enjoy but you were never able to?
- Anime. I tried getting into it and I watched almost the entirety of Lucky Star. Just not my thing.
- 40. What is your catchphrase/motto, or something you find yourself saying often?
- "This cannot be my legacy." I say that to myself in an ironic way every time I do something embarrassing.
- 41. What small thing brings you joy?
- Unfortunately because of our car-centric infrastructure I am frequently on freeways/highways. What does bring my joy though is seeing the different brick tile arts on highways. I like it when they have designs specific to the city.
- 42. Is there anything you have vowed to never do?
- Smoking. I will NEVER touch a cigarette in my entire life.
- 43. What do you find yourself thinking about just before you fall asleep?
- Usually recent events or things I have to do the next day. When I listen to roleplay ASMRs I'll be thinking about the story or whatever's going on in the audio.
- 44. What is a fact that makes people wonder why you know that?
- J. Edgar Hoover, the first director of the FBI, had a house full of antiques.
- 45. Who is the most famous person you've ever met?
- Probably one of my professors. I'm sure they're all well-known in their respective fields.
- 46. What discontinued item would you give anything to bring back?
- A specific black, gray, and white small dots deco sticker sheet from Daiso. Pleaseeeee come back I need thaaat.
- 47. If English is your not your first language, how did you learn it?
- When I moved to the U.S. my English wasn't very good, despite having a couple years of English tutoring classes under my belt. After moving here my learning comes naturally from being in school and talking to people in English every day.
- 48. What is a mystery from your life that remains unsolved?
- When I was like 7, on Christmas day (or maybe it was the day after?) I found a new pink dinosaur hatching egg toy in my toy box. I knew it wasn't there before because I don't remember having a pink one. I was old enough to know that Santa isn't real so I asked my mom if she had gotten me the toy. She said no. There wasn't any reason for her to lie to me, so to this date I still have no idea where that toy came from. It's probably always been there, but I don't know how I never noticed it until that day.
- 49. What is a moment you felt you were in the right place at the right time?
- When I went to the first meeting of my university's art club and decided to sit where I was and draw on my laptop. Two people sitting behind me noticed my drawing, we chatted for a bit, and afterwards we went and got dinner together at one of the cafeterias. These two people whom I most likely would've never talk to had I decided to sit somewhere else would become good friends of mine :D They're one of the first friends I made in college too.
- 50. What is a piece of technology you wish existed?
- Nuclear fusion. The infinite energy glitch is only 20 years away!
- 51. What is something that's common knowledge at your work/in your studies that people outside of it would find fascinating or surprising?
- The reason why we perceive morality as objective is because it's evolutionarily advantageous for us to do so. For more information, read up on the evolutionary origins of morality. (While I'm not a philosophy major, I really enjoyed my philosophy classes!)
- 52. What is the most adventurous thing you've ever done?
- Going on a solo trip to San Diego on the Pacific Surfliner. Some photos from the trip can be found in the Photography page.
- 53. What is the most peaceful place you've ever been to?
- Lowkey my college campus at 3 am. Not a soul out there, just peace and tranquility.
- 54. If you could witness any event in history as an invisible observer (even in your own life), which one would you choose and why?
- Some time in the prehistoric past. Go see some dinosaurs, or experience the environment before land creatures even existed. I think it'd be neat. I wanna at awe at the shear history of our planet.
- 55. If you accomplished something major, who is the first person you'd tell and how would you celebrate?
- Probably my mom. I would celebrate by buying myself something to eat. Boba with popcorn chicken would be nice.
- 56. Some historical figures have epithets attached to their names, like The Mad or The Wise. What would you like yours to be?
- "The Guy." Like, John Smith, the Guy. Just some guy.
- 57. If you were a character in a movie, book, or TV show, what genre would you live in?
- I'd choose to be a background character in a slice of life TV show set in our current timeline, preferably with a more positive outlook. I just wanna continue living my life lol.
- 58. Do you have any superstitions?
- I don't genuinely believe in it, but I consider crows to be signs of good luck! Every time I see one I get happy :D Say I see a crow in the morning, I would be like "hey that's a sign of good things to come!" But if something good happens to me later in the day, I wouldn't attribute it to the crow lol.
- 59. Are you more of a "whatever is meant to happen will happen" kind of person or a "the future is unknown and anything is possible" kind of person?
- I'm the latter. The future is in my own hands kind of vibe. I'm not religious at all so I don't believe in predestination or fate.
- 60. What is a big mistake you've made that actually turned out alright?
- I was way behind on my high school 12th grade Capstone project when the first big deadline came up. Ended up finishing the project just fine and even won an award because there wasn't much people competing in my category lol. (The project was on anthropomorphism in science communication BTW.)
- 61. What character trait instantly makes you respect someone?
- Some people have a certain way of speaking that just absolutely captivates you and makes you want to listen to them. Something about their cadence and mannerism. I respect people like that.
- 62. What expensive thing is absolutely worth the money?
- An expensive laptop that is suitable for your needs is absolutely worth it. Especially a lightweight one if you're carrying it around daily. I have an ASUS Zenbook 14X OLED (Q420V). I named her Midnight :) Even though I had to get her battery replaced which was this whole ordeal, I still love her very much.
- 63. How are you, right now, at this moment?
- Currently in a Discord call with an IRL friend. We've been calling for 4 hours, just casually chatting here and there. I'm writing this post and they're drawing in preparation for Art Fight. I got human social interaction to keep my brain in homeostasis so yay I'm happy. It's almost dinner time so I'm a little hungry. Overall, doing good.
- 64. If you could enhance one of your senses at will, which would you choose?
- My sense of hearing. It would be very useful to eavesdrop people when I want to :P
- 65. What do you wish you remembered better?
- The family vacation trip to Washington D.C. and New York. I doubt I'll return to the east coast any time soon, if ever. Really wish I appreciated the museums more when I was there. The Niagra Falls was very cool too.
- 66. What is a profession you admire but could never be a part of?
- Healthcare workers. I have so much respect for doctors and nurses, and people who are studying to become one. Medical school is notoriously difficult and expensive.
- 67. Do you have or have you ever had a nemesis?
- No, I don't have the energy to hate on someone that much.
- 68. Are you currently waiting for something to happen? What are the best and worst possible scenarios?
- I just submitted an internship application so I'm waiting on hearing back from that. Best case: I get in. Worst case: I get rejected or ghosted from every internship I apply to.
- 69. When was the last time you tried something new? What was it and how did it go?
- I bought food from a food truck for the first time. $18 shrimp fajita from a Taco truck. It was pretty good, but solidified my opinion that Mexican food is just not my thing.
- 70. If you were a ghost tied to one location in the afterlife, where would you haunt?
- I will haunt the most fancy movie theater in America. It's free entertainment — I get to watch movies every day and I never have to pay for a ticket! And just imagine the suspense I could add to horror film screenings.
- 71. Do you like or dislike surprises? Why or why not?
- Generally, I dislike surprises. Surprises that make me have to do major adjustments to my schedule, like making a trip to somewhere the day-of, are the worst. Though I do enjoy surprises in terms of not getting spoilers for movies/shows/other media I plan to engage with.
- 72. What is the best gift you have been given?
- Technically getting Invisalign was a gift from my grandparents since they covered the cost. I definitely feel a lot more confident in my appearance now which is great. Before I got my teeth straightened, I always look awkward in photos because I feel uncomfortable smiling, showing my teeth. But not anymore woohoo!
- 73. Aside from necessities, what is one thing could you not go a day without?
- Unfortunately it is scrolling Twitter. I'm on that app at least once a day.
- 74. How many pairs of shoes do you own?
- Currently five. Seven if you include two pairs of slippers. I have two pairs of formal shoes, but one of them I don't wear at all because it's a size too big & the heels are too high. (It was my sister's; she gave it to me because she didn't like the high heels either lol.) The rest are running shoes, one purple and two white. One pair of the white shoes, the soles literally have holes in them so I only wear them when I'm skateboarding and don't care about them getting damaged further.
- 75. Do you take public transit? What form of transportation do you prefer (e.g., bike, car, train, airplane)?
- Public transit all day everyday bro I love buses and rails. I prefer trains. It just hits different when you're in a train looking out the window than in a car on a highway.
- 76. What is a holiday memory that is special to you?
- My family don't really celebrate holidays, but there was one time that on Christmas day we went out at night walking around downtown, looking at all the decorations the city had put up. I don't live in that city anymore, so it's nice to have this memory to look back upon.
- 77. What is the weirdest or worst food you've ever eaten?
- Fried crickets. It was pretty good. Got it on a trip to Yunnan.
- 78. If you came with a warning label, what would yours say?
- WARNING: Do not wake before 11 am.
- 79. If you had to describe yourself as an animal, which one would it be?
- Crow. It's my favorite animal. They're very gender. I am a person the way that a crow is a crow. A creature.
- 80. Do you prefer to use emojis or emoticons?
- 50/50. There are some emotions that only emojis could convey, but I also like my :D and ^^;
- 81. If you had 26 hours a day, how would you spend your extra time?
- Probably sleeping lol. So when I stay up late to do homework instead of 6 hours of sleep I can get a full 8.
- 82. Are you a morning, afternoon, or evening person?
- I'm more of an afternoon person. I like going outside and do stuff when there's sun light. It's when I feel the most productive. I feel like I'm forced to be an evening person though. I get home from school, eat dinner, and then it's the evening and I gotta do homework. Somehow I get a burst of productivity past 12 am.
- 83. Do you have a prized possession? Can be sentimental or monetary.
- Yes! I have two binders full of stickers and prints and they're my prized possession. They used to all fit in one binder but there's so much stuff that I had to get a second one :P They have a lot of sentimental value to me because it's a collection I've slowly built over 3+ years.
- 84. Do you have any guilty pleasures?
- Buying Transformers toys. Guilty because it's a lot of money for what are essentially plastics sitting on my shelf. Yes I do play with them and take photos of them, but the vast majority of time they are just display.
- 85. If you could visit any other astronomical object (real or fictional) without any negative consequences, where would you go and why?
- I wanna see what Enceladus looks like up close :D I wonder how the ice volcano plumes look from the surface.
- 86. Do you prefer coffee or tea?
- Tea. Not a fan of coffee. Can't get over the bitterness.
- 87. What is your favorite dessert?
- Cheesecakes! Love 'em. A classic cheesecake never fails. Warabimochi is a close second; I like to get that when I go out for sushi.
- 88. Do you believe aliens exist?
- The green little guys? No. Intelligent extraterrestrial life? Yes, the universe is a big place!
- 89. How did you decorate your room and is there anything you'd like to change about it?
- I have lots of merch displayed on my wall. (Photo here of my former dorm room.) I'd like to add more :D
- 90. What are your two favorite colors? Try to describe them as specific as possible.
- I like black and sky blue. Black as in pure, void, #000000. Sky blue is light, pastel blue, #68b3ff (the color that I use on this site).
- 91. Is it harder to love or to hate somebody?
- For me it's harder to hate someone. It's way too draining and not worth the energy. Loving someone is nice and warm and soft and healing.
- 92. Which one do you lean towards to: optimism or pessimism?
- Optimism! I try to be an optimist whenever I can :D We need more hopium and less doomerism.
- 93. Do you prefer calling or texting?
- Texting. I'm bad with phone calls but I'm trying to get better at it.
- 94. Can money buy you happiness?
- Yes 100%. This is a hill I will die on. Money can buy you things that make you happy, so indirectly it contributes to your happiness. A study by Stevenson and Wolfers found that well-being/life satisfaction increases with income, always.
- 95. Would you rather have a tail or a pair of wings?
- I want a tail because I think it'll be cute :3 Then I can match with my cats. Though wings are probably more useful.
- 96. Do you consider yourself to be chronically online?
- Yeah. (No elaboration needed.)
- 97. Do you listen to background music or noise when you are studying or working?
- It used to be that I have to work in complete silence, or else my mind can't focus. And then last quarter I was like this sucks I'm doing homework for 6 hour straight. So I started listening to instrumental songs while I work and now I have a whole playlist of songs to listen to while doing homework! They motivate me to work. When I get stuck on a problem and is starting to hate my life I can focus my mind on the music for a bit and enjoy the rhythm. My two favorite albums currently are RAT TAXI by Louie Zong and Electric Jungle Critters by nobonoko.
- 98. If humans didn't evolve to laugh or smile, how would we express our happiness instead?
